Anusha G. has close to 20 years of professional experience in Human Resources, specializing in leadership and executive hiring. They held various roles across corporate HR and recruitment, including HR Assistant Manager at Polaris Software Lab and Manager at Wipro Technologies. Anusha contributed to HR process management, employee engagement, and talent acquisition, ultimately becoming the Geography Head of Leadership and Executive Hiring for the Americas at LTIMindtree. They earned a BCom from Ethiraj College for Women and a PGDBA in HR from Xavier Institute of Management, along with an SPHR certification from HRCI.
