Anusha Gupta is a seasoned professional in Human Resources with over two decades of experience across various roles and organizations. Currently serving as the Geography Head for Leadership and Executive Hiring at LTIMindtree since September 2023, Anusha previously held the position of Head of Leadership and Executive Hiring for the Financial Services and Consulting practice in North America at Wipro Technologies from March 2012 to September 2023. Anusha's extensive career also includes experience as a Specialist at Accenture, a Manager at Wipro, and an HR Assistant Manager at Polaris Software Lab. Anusha's expertise spans talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, leadership development, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
