Anuya Telang has over 20 years of IT experience, specializing in program management, leadership, and customer relationship management. Currently, Anuya serves as the Practice Head for Experience Engineering at LTIMindtree, focusing on Microsoft Practice with an emphasis on SharePoint and Power Platform services. Previously, Anuya held several roles at LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech, including Account Lead and Program Manager, overseeing delivery and pre-sales for Media & Entertainment accounts and managing flagship mobile device launch programs at Motorola. Anuya holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Shivajirao S Jondhale College of Engineering and an Advanced Post graduation in Software Technology from the National Centre for Software Technology. Passionate about fostering hybrid workplace culture, Anuya has also managed globally distributed teams and worked within matrix organizations.
