Itzel Gama serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources for LATAM at LTIMindtree, focusing on strategy and talent management. They previously held positions as HRBP Regional Manager Mexico – LATAM at General Dynamics Information Technology and Head of Regional HR Hub Latin America at the British Embassy in Mexico City, where they ensured the delivery of key HR processes across the region. Itzel has extensive experience in all HR functions, emphasizing the importance of employee well-being and organizational culture. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems and Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
