Jayanthi Jaganathan has over 10 years of experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, and Business Analyst, and has been serving as a Principal Consultant at Mindtree since 2004. Currently, Jayanthi holds the position of Principal Director at LTIMindtree, where they manage multiple multinational accounts, focusing on resource management and delivery management. Jayanthi has also contributed over 5 years as a Supply Chain Consultant, specializing in ERP systems and critical data migration. They began their career as an Executive at GlaxoSmithKline and hold a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the Government College of Pharmacy.
