Jayesh Chawan

Jayesh Chawan is a results-driven HR professional with over 25 years of experience in human resources. They began their career as an Assistant in Personnel and Administration at Raymond Synthetics Limited, progressing to key roles at Syntel Ltd and Larsen & Toubro Infotech, where they led various HR operations and initiatives. Currently, Jayesh serves as the Sr. Director and Head of People Partner at LTIMindtree. Jayesh holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from the Institute of Technology and Management and a Diploma in Personnel Management from the Welingkar Institute of Management.
