Katie Li is a transformation leader currently serving as Partner for Customer Experience Transformation at LTIMindtree since June 2023. With extensive experience in customer experience and digital transformation, Katie has held significant roles at IBM and Salesforce, specializing in creating customer-centric ecosystems and driving innovation through design strategies. As a member of InVision and the Design Management Institute, Katie is involved in advancing design leadership and connecting design to business. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Marketing and Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design and Technology from Loughborough University, along with certification as a facilitator in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®.
