M Haritha possesses a diverse background in communications, editing, and capacity building, beginning as a Copyeditor at The Times Of India from September 2018 to December 2019, where responsibilities included editing and coordinating with journalists. M Haritha then took on the role of Team Leader - Capacity Building at the Department of Child Welfare and Special Services from January 2022 to December 2023, overseeing training initiatives for approximately 5,000 government officials in collaboration with UNICEF.
