Marcus Kling

Marcus Kling is an experienced recruitment and HR professional with a strong background in various leadership roles within notable companies. As the Nordic Recruitment Lead at LTIMindtree, Marcus oversees recruitment strategies, while previously serving as the Recruitment Manager for Sweden at Cognizant. Marcus also held the position of HR Operations Country Lead at Accenture, and as an Operating Partner in Poland and Partner at TopHuman AB, contributed significantly to international recruitment. Educationally, Marcus Kling earned a degree from Lund University between 1998 and 2004 and completed military service at the Swedish Armed Forces from 1999 to 2000, attaining the rank of Furir/Sergeant.
