Mohan Bansode

Mohan Bansode is currently the Associate Director of Program and Project Management at LTIMindTree, bringing over 20 years of expertise in the design, development, implementation, and production support of the Flexcube Retail Banking product. They possess strong techno-functional skills in retail banking and PL/SQL, with a specialized focus on Core Banking Solutions implementations. Mohan has led teams in offshore software development and has significant client-side experience in multiple countries, including South Africa, Egypt, and Kenya. They have also held various leadership roles, including Deputy Vice President at AU Small Finance Bank and Technology Lead at Infosys Limited. Mohan holds a B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering from Doctor Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University.
