Niloy Sen

Niloy Sen is a Principal in Quality Engineering at LTIMindtree, a position held since 2025. They have extensive experience in program management and quality assurance, having served as a Senior Manager at Capgemini America from 2019 to 2025 and as a Senior Manager at Ericsson from 2011 to 2015. Prior to these roles, Niloy was a Senior Solution Architect at Ericsson Inc from 2015 to 2019 and held various positions at Tech Mahindra, including Test Manager and Senior Functional Consultant. Niloy began their career as a Project Manager at MGRMNet Ltd between 2001 and 2006 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calcutta, which they completed in 1986.
