Paneesh Rao

Paneesh Rao serves as the Chief Sustainability Officer at LTIMindtree, with previous roles as Advisor for Sustainability, Global Head of Sustainability (E.S.G.), and Chief People Officer at Mindtree. Prior to these positions, Paneesh held the role of Director at Bluefin Solutions Sdn. Bhd. and Mindtree Software (Shanghai) Co. Ltd., as well as Chief Human Resources Officer at L&T Technology Services Limited. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Personnel Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Bhopal School of Social Sciences.
