Ramesh K has extensive experience in human resources, holding various positions across multiple companies. Beginning an HR career as an Executive with Mphasis in late 2006, Ramesh transitioned to Photon Infotech where roles included HR Executive and Senior HR. A significant period at Photon Interactive Pvt Ltd followed, culminating in positions as Assistant Manager and Human Resources Manager. After a brief tenure at Mindtree as Associate Director, Ramesh joined LTIMindtree as Director of Compensation & Benefits and previously served as Associate Director. Ramesh holds an MBA in Human Resources from Madras University and dual Bachelor of Commerce degrees from both A.M. Jain College and Madras University.
