Beginning as a Deputy Manager at Godrej Locks from 1995 to 2005, Salil provided innovative automation solutions to enhance manufacturing processes. Following roles included consulting positions at L&T Infotech and Coloplast, focusing on inventory management, manufacturing, and asset management. Salil contributed to capital asset management processes at Catalent Pharma Solutions and served as a Business Analyst at UTC Climate, Controls & Security. Salil progressed to Solutions Architect and Associate Director roles at LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech, specializing in ERP implementations.
