Shantanu Kumar

Shantanu Kumar is a Senior Director of Program and Project Management at LTIMindtree, with extensive expertise in managing implementation, rollout, upgrade, and AMS programs in both cloud and on-premise technologies. Previously, Shantanu held roles as Program Director and Senior Project Manager at Mindtree, and worked as a Project Manager and Senior Consultant at Oracle, where they managed significant PeopleSoft projects. Shantanu began their career as a Software Engineer at Infosys and holds a B.Tech in Information Technology from Visva Bharati, Shantiniketan. They are a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and SAP Activate Project Manager, specializing in domains such as HCM, Financials/Supply Chain, and Higher Education.
