Sharvari Lingayat

Sharvari Lingayat currently serves as the Head of Human Resources for Business Services at LTIMindtree since June 2024, overseeing various sectors including Interactive, SFDC, Low Code & Integration, Automation, Platform Operations, and Consulting. Previously, Sharvari held the position of Vice President and Global Business HR Head at Sonata Software from January 2023 to October 2024, and served as Head of HR for DATA, CLOUD, DIGITAL & SALESFORCE at LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech from August 2019 to December 2022. Sharvari's extensive experience includes roles as Global Head of Human Resources at Arrk Group, Vice President of Global HR at Miles Software Solutions, Business HR Head at Syntel, and Deputy Manager - Human Resources at Mastek Ltd. Additionally, Sharvari began the career as an Assistant Manager in Human Resources at Patni Computer Systems, following a role in Sales Administration at Merind Pharmaceuticals. Educationally, Sharvari has a PGDBA in HR.
