Sourav Roy is a Director of Project and Program Management at LTIMindtree, bringing over 19 years of global IT experience focused on program and stakeholder management in banking, insurance, and digital transformation. They have a rich background in managing portfolios using various methodologies, including Agile and DevOps, and have proven expertise in end-to-end project management. Prior to this role, Sourav held senior positions at HCL Technologies, Capgemini, and Cognizant Technology Solutions, where they led teams and drove process improvements to enhance operational excellence. Sourav holds a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Meghnad Saha Institute of Technology.
