Swapnil Mehta

Swapnil Mehta is an experienced professional in program and project management, currently serving as an Associate Director at LTIMindtree since July 2022. Previously, Swapnil held various roles at Mindtree from June 2011 to June 2022, including Technical Project Manager and Technical Lead. Additionally, Swapnil gained valuable experience as a Research Intern at the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research in mid-2010, focusing on online speaker adaptation for Hindi language continuous speech recognition, and as a Management Intern at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in 2009, where responsibilities included managing the Membership Management System for the Self Employed Women's Association in Gujarat. Swapnil holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur, completed in 2011.
