Vaishali Karull has extensive experience in customer service and team management, with a career spanning over two decades. Starting as a Senior Executive at Global Flower Delivery from June 2004 to May 2009, Vaishali progressed to become a Team Lead at Convergys India Services Pvt Ltd from 2011 to 2016, and then an Operations Team Member at Vodafone India Services Pvt Ltd from December 2016 to May 2018, where team leadership was a key responsibility.
