Vikram B B

Vikram B B is a dedicated Human Resources Executive at LTIMindtree, bringing over six years of extensive HR experience across various functions, including HRIS Management, onboarding, talent acquisition, and employee relations. Previously, they worked as a Human Resources Executive at Colliers International and served as a forex officer during their tenure at Infosys from 2016 to 2018. Vikram also lectured in Commerce at Government First Grade College from 2013 to 2015. They are currently responsible for HR onboarding in Bangalore and Mysore, managing operations for over 15,000 employees while leading a team of HR professionals. Vikram holds a Master’s degree in Commerce from SDM College in India.
