Carol Cao is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in influencer development and strategic account management. Currently serving as the Head of Influencer Development at LTK since June 2019, Carol has previously held the position of Manager, Strategic Accounts. Prior to LTK, Carol worked at Dealmoon from September 2014 to May 2019 as an Operations Manager, where responsibilities included launching User Generated Content programs and managing a team of campaign specialists and editors. Additional roles in Carol's career include Editorial Director for Fashionmoon.com, Marketing Specialist at Axcess Worldwide, Fashion Editor and E-Commerce Merchandiser at Bomoda, and various internships in media and journalism. Carol holds a Master's degree in Public Relations from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor's degree in Television and Broadcasting from Shanghai University.
