Gregg D'Eon

Gregg D'Eon is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and corporate governance. Currently serving as Vice President and Controller at LTK since March 2025, Gregg previously held multiple roles at DraftKings Inc. from February 2017 to March 2025, including Senior Director, Corporate Controller, Director of Accounting, and Assistant Controller. Prior to that, Gregg worked at MUFG from May 2013 to February 2017, managing accounting for the subsidiary Beacon Intermodal Leasing, LLC, and serving as a Senior Internal Auditor for BTMU Capital Corporation. Early career experience includes positions at Ernst & Young as a Senior Auditor, focusing on financial services and asset management, and at Deloitte & Touche LLP as an Auditor with a focus on manufacturing and consumer retail. Gregg holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, both obtained from the University of Connecticut.
