Hailey (Hou In) Chan has a diverse range of work experience. Hailey (Hou In) began their career as a Paid Social Intern at GroupM, where they worked on campaigns for clients such as IBM and DiGiorno. Hailey (Hou In) also won a case competition for DiGiorno by creating a data-driven media plan. Hailey then interned as a Social Insights & Analytics Intern at ViacomCBS, where they gained experience in analyzing social media data. Hailey (Hou In) continued their internships at HP as an HP Summer Scholar, where they gained experience in various aspects of business operations.

In 2020, Hailey worked on a project for The Clorox Company as part of the ANA Clorox Case Competition, where they pitched a new product idea and delivered a commercial storyboard, mockups, and prototypes. Hailey (Hou In) also participated in the Griffin Farley's Beautiful Minds 2020 bootcamp as a Strategist at BBH New York, where they collaborated on a full-funnel marketing campaign for Good Call NYC. Additionally, they worked at Direct Agents as an Associate Coordinator and later as a Paid Media Coordinator, gaining experience in paid media management.

In 2021, Hailey was a UX/UI Designer at DIBZ for a short period. Hailey (Hou In) then joined General Assembly as a UX Design Fellow, where they further developed their skills in user experience design.

Most recently, Hailey joined LTK (formerly rewardStyle & LIKEtoKNOW.it) as an Associate Product Designer in 2022.

Overall, Hailey has demonstrated their versatility and dedication through their various roles and experiences in the field of design and marketing.

Hailey (Hou In) Chan's education history starts with their attending General Assembly in 2021, where they completed a UX Design Immersive program. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2020, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing Management at Baruch College. Hailey (Hou In) received their high school education at Midwood High School from 2012 to 2016, earning an Honors Diploma with a field of study in the Medical Science Institute.

In addition to their formal education, Hailey has obtained several certifications. In August 2022, they completed the "UX Foundations: Accessibility" course from LinkedIn. In March 2021, they acquired certifications in "Snap Connect: E-Commerce" and "Snapchat Advertising Essentials" from Snap Inc. In October 2020, they received the "Edge Academy Certified: Data-Driven Planning" and "Edge Academy Certified: Marketing Foundations" certifications from The Trade Desk. Hailey also participated in the HP Summer Scholars program offered by HP in July 2020.

Furthermore, they hold multiple certifications related to digital marketing. In February 2021, they became a "Facebook Certified Digital Marketing Associate" through Facebook. In June 2020, they obtained the "Inbound Marketing Certification" and "Social Media Marketing Certification" from HubSpot Academy. Similarly, they earned the "Google Ads Search Certification" and "Google Ads Display Certification" from Google in June 2020 and April 2020, respectively. Additionally, Hailey achieved the "Twitter Flight School Video Badge" from Twitter in June 2020.
