Lars M. Overgaard

Lars M. Overgaard is currently the Managing Director and General Director for Asia at LTP Group in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. From 2009 to 2010, they served as Production Director at Formasystem Sp. z o.o. Prior to that, Lars was the Director and Owner of House of Lamello ApS from 2003 to 2011, and the Founder and Director of Lamello Wood Industry A/S from 1994 to 2003. They also held several senior management roles at ScanCom International A/S between 2011 and 2013, including Senior Manager for LEAN and Operations Director.
