Julia Brink

Julia Brink serves as a Junior Leadership Consultant at Quaestus Leadership Innovators since March 2021, specializing in assessment and development as a certified Pinsight assessor and advisor. Previously, Julia held the role of Research Consultant, managing the executive search process across various sectors, where responsibilities included client intake, market analysis, and candidate engagement. Julia's prior experience includes a position as an Intercedent at Globen Personeel, focusing on recruitment and selection tasks, and an Allround employee role at PLUS Retail, overseeing daily operations and cash register duties. Julia also completed an HR Research internship at Philips. Educationally, Julia holds a Master’s degree in Work, Organisation and Health Psychology, a Premaster in Pedagogical Sciences, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, all obtained from Radboud University, along with a VWO diploma from Heerbeeck College Best.
