Mark Westerhuis

Mark Westerhuis is a Senior Consultant at LTP, one of the leading psychological consulting firms in the Netherlands, since September 2006, specializing in enhancing employee and team effectiveness through self-insight. Prior to this role, Mark held consulting positions at ORGA, focusing on assessments, career coaching, personal development, and training from September 1995 to October 2006, and worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Grontmij West bv from September 1993 to September 1995, where responsibilities included outplacement and personnel administration. Earlier experience includes research and consultancy work at COWOG from December 1990 to September 1993, focusing on educational research.
