David Dent has over 20 years of work experience in logistics and warehousing. David currently holds the position of Director of Warehousing and Logistics at LTS, a role they have held since March 2020. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2020, David worked at The TJX Companies, Inc. as a Distribution Supervisor, where they led a team of over 30 associates and was responsible for ensuring efficient outbound processes and training and developing associates.

From 2013 to 2015, David served in the United States Army, where they were responsible for logistical and transportation assessments for base closures. David successfully closed seven bases within the allotted time frame and managed the shipping of millions of dollars' worth of equipment and material per site.
Prior to their military service, David worked as the Owner/Operator of A2Z Property Management from 2008 to 2013. In this role, they oversaw remodeling projects, managed field employees and subcontractors, and ensured that projects were completed on time and within budget.
Overall, David Dent has extensive experience in logistics and warehousing, with a strong background in operations management, training, and process improvement. David has demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage large teams and complex projects.
David Dent's education history includes earning an Associate's Degree in Criminalistics and Criminal Science from the University of Arkansas Grantham from 2014 to 2016. David also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Oneida University between 2010 and 2015. In addition to their formal education, David Dent completed training in Chemical Operations Specialist, Basic Military Police, and Wheel Vehicle Mechanic during their time in the United States Army in 2011, 2008, and 2007 respectively.
David Dent's additional certification includes obtaining a Lean/DFSS Green Belt from Six Sigma in September 2014.
