Pete Walker

Pete Walker is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently, as the Founder and Chief Technology Officer of LTS Digital since January 2022, Walker leads innovative projects. Previously, as CTO of OurPeople from August 2019 to October 2022, Walker contributed to the development of a mobile communication platform aimed at enhancing communication with Non-Desk Employees in the Human Capital Management industry. Additional roles include CTO at Landmrk, where a platform rewrite was managed, Head of Development at Gladstone Software, and founder of Cap2 Solutions Ltd. Walker's career is marked by a strong focus on team development, product innovation, and operational improvement, supported by a First Class BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Bath.
