Exceeding Expectations™ is more than just the LTS slogan. It’s our pledge, from the moment you start looking over floor plans, to the day you set foot in your new home, and even beyond. Our commitment to service means you can count on us to promise only what we can deliver – and then deliver more than we promise — every step of the way.

That’s a level of assurance you won’t get from just any Pocono home builder. In fact, by exceeding the expectations of each LTS client, one at a time for 30+ years, we’ve become the Pocono home builder more buyers confidently recommend to their closest friends and family. Our experienced professionals are experts at navigating the challenges of building quality homes, and will guide you through the process of new home construction with personal attention and exceptional caring. The entire LTS team is united toward one goal: to provide a homebuying experience that exceeds your expectations and ensures your enduring satisfaction.

We’ve been building homes of excellence for more than 30 years, so we’re very confident in our building methodologies. We know exactly what it takes to achieve quality construction, and we’ve had long-standing relationships with some of the best suppliers in the nation. In fact, we are so assured that we have it right, we back our homes with unprecedented warranties.

When you purchase one of our homes, we work together as a team before and after you move-in. We come to know one another as family. So, it should be no surprise that we want our customers to be as confident about purchasing and living in their homes as we are about building them. Peace of mind — that’s exactly why we offer the most comprehensive 10-year warranty package, reinforced by our Home Service Plan: A hotline for your full-time peace of mind, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
