We are a dedicated provider with a quality outcome-based and person-centred approach. Our staff support service is tailor made to suit the support needs of our service users. At LTS Social Care Services, we ensure our staff treat service users with respect and dignity and we recognise and respect their human rights whilst encouraging independence and fulfilling their physical as well as their emotional needs. 

We provide services to adults, people with physical and learning disabilities, support needs, long term conditions and mental health conditions so they can live independently in their own homes.
