Ray Chu

Ray Chu is a results-driven product manager and former sales engineer with extensive experience in the security industry, specializing in video solutions such as IP and analog cameras. They began their career as a technical support engineer at Arecont Vision from 2012 to 2015, providing both pre-sales and post-sales support. Afterward, they held sales engineering roles at Hikvision USA and LILIN Americas, significantly increasing sales revenues and conducting numerous training sessions. Ray currently serves as a senior product manager at LTS, leveraging their strong skills in account management, technical support, and project management, backed by a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems and an M.S. in Computer Science.
