Lisa Young

Lisa Young currently serves as General Counsel at the Long-Term Stock Exchange (LTSE), a role assumed in June 2023, contributing to a mission aimed at redefining capital markets for sustainable societies. With extensive experience, Lisa has held notable positions including General Counsel at LendingTree and Axiom, where responsibilities included overseeing legal and compliance affairs, managing teams, and guiding IPO processes. Lisa’s legal expertise was also demonstrated through significant roles at Enova International and JPMorgan Chase, with a focus on consumer financial services litigation. In addition to legal roles, Lisa is actively involved in non-profit work as a board member for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago and as a member of the Board of Advisors for New Era ADR. Lisa holds a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
