Arti Dave possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Senior Executive Talent Acquisition at L&T Technology Services Limited since January 2018, following prior experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive at the same firm. Before this role, Arti worked as an HR Executive at SKYNET PLACEMENTS from September 2015 to January 2018, focusing on recruitment in the Chemical and Pharmaceutical sectors and managing the complete Recruitment Life Cycle. Arti's career began as a Trainee HR at Kemrock Industries and Exports Limited, where responsibilities included recruitment, candidate onboarding, exit formalities, and attendance management. Arti holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Sardar Patel University and a Bachelor of Commerce from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
