Asim Kumar Pal

Asim Kumar Pal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the IT services industry. Currently serving as Vice President – Nordics at L&T Technology Services Limited since November 2021, Asim has previously held significant roles at Capgemini, including Head of Sales for Nordics in Cloud Infrastructure Services and Sales Director for Strategic deals in Northern Europe. Notable expertise includes leading transformation initiatives involving data center migrations, cyber security, end-user services, and service integration. Prior to Capgemini, Asim was the Sales Director for the Nordic Region at IGATE and held various positions at Infosys, focusing on revenue growth and new business development in the hi-tech and manufacturing sectors. Asim began a career in international trading at Tata International Limited after earning an MBA from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from IIEST, Shibpur.
