BL Mandlekar brings over three decades of experience in product engineering, testing, and project management for wireless and wireline products. Previously, they held roles including Senior Delivery Manager at L&T Infotech Limited, where they managed a team of 40 engineers and developed automation applications for WiMAX technology. At ITI Limited, they served as Deputy Manager of Systems Validation and Exports, overseeing a system testing team and facilitating technology transfers. Currently, Mandlekar is a Business Consultant at Esimaa and Vice President of Operations at Fivegonline Pvt Ltd. They completed their education at Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology with a focus on Electronics and Telecommunication.
