Sanjay Adhikari

Sanjay Adhikari is a Senior Failure Analysis Engineer at L&T Technology Services, where they apply their extensive background in chemistry to analyze product failures, particularly in plastics, polymers, and consumer electronics. Previously, Sanjay served as a CSIR Research Associate at Shiv Nadar University, contributing to projects focused on catalytic complexes, and worked as a Scientist at Redox Scientific. Sanjay has also held assistant professorships at Auxilium College and Madhav University and completed a Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry at North-Eastern Hill University, where they researched transition metal complexes.
