With extensive experience in telecommunications, Sharad previously held positions at Tata Teleservices as TAC Support for Wireless CDMA and GSM, overseeing a team of SMEs and ensuring network availability, as well as serving as General Manager Quality at Bharti Airtel. Sharad began their career at Reliance Communications as Dy Manager, focusing on BSS/Txn Operations and Switch Operations. Sharad holds a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication from Allahabad University and is currently furthering their education at Jagat Taran Golden Jubilee School.
