Subrat Tripathy has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Subrat started their career in 1994 at the Indian Space Research Organisation as a Scientist/Engineer-SD. In 1997, they joined Mahindra Satyam as the Business Development Head for the Oil & Gas Practice, and later became the Business Head for the Discrete & Process Manufacturing IBU. In 2010, they moved to Larsen & Toubro Limited as the Executive Vice President. Currently, they work at L&T Technology Services, where they held the position of Chief Business Officer from 2017 to 2023, and is currently serving as the SVP and Chief Business Officer.
Subrat Tripathy completed a Global Leadership Development Program at the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business in 2012. Subrat also attained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) degree with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering, specifically focusing on Automobile Engineering, at Bangalore University. Subrat was recognized for their outstanding performance and was awarded a Gold Medal for their achievements.
