Carlos Correa

Carlos Correa has had a diverse and successful career. In 2011, they began as a Teaching Assistant at Universidad de los Andes. In 2012, they worked as an Award Management Analyst and Commercial Analyst for International Routes at LAN Airlines. In 2015, they joined Uber as a Senior Operations Manager, Lead Operations Manager, and Operations and Logistics Manager. In 2019, they became the Head of Operations for Colombia at DiDi, where they co-designed the market entry strategy and executed it to reach double digits marketshare. Currently, they are the CEO & Co-Founder of Luable and a Board Member of Laboratorio de Ideas Colombia and Horizontal Solutions Group Synergy.

Carlos Correa obtained a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes in 2011. Carlos then went on to complete a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering, with a focus on Management of Organizations, from the same university in 2015.
