Stuart Walker

Stuart Walker is the Director of Code Administration at the City of Lubbock, a position held since 2005. They also currently hold the title of Code Administration Director at the same organization. Stuart earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Wildlife, Fish and Wildlands Science and Management from Texas Tech University and an Associate of Science in Agricultural Economics from South Plains College.
