Michael Richter

Michael Richter is a seasoned Maintenance Manager at Lube-Tech since August 2019, bringing extensive experience in maintenance and engineering roles. Prior to this, Michael served as a Maintenance Engineer at Hormel Foods from June 2015 to April 2019. Earlier career experiences include positions as a Project Engineer Intern and Manufacturing Engineer Intern at Pentair in early 2014, as well as Operations Intern roles at WS Packaging Group in both 2012 and 2013. Michael holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Design from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, completed in 2015.
