Derek Lessiter

Derek Lessiter is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as Lead Project Manager at LUBKE since March 2024, Derek previously held the same position at Peregrine Construction Company LLC from October 2022 to March 2024. Prior to that, Derek was a Lead Superintendent at CBG Building Company from February 2020 to October 2022 and at D.R. Horton from November 2016 to February 2022, where responsibilities included training new superintendents. Derek holds a High School Diploma from Seminole High School.
