Amber Smith

Amber Smith, MLRHR, PHR, currently holds a position in University Relations within the Human Resources Development Program at The Lubrizol Corporation since January 2019. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Representative at Cuyahoga Community College from September 2013 to January 2019, where responsibilities included recruiting and employee relations support for the Metropolitan Campus. Amber also interned in Human Resources at Thompson Hine LLP and held various roles at Cleveland State University, including a Student Assistant and Intern in the Training & Organizational Development department. Earlier career experience includes managing Board & External Relations at COSE from January 2006 to February 2011. Amber earned a Master of Labor Relations and Human Resources from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
