Jonathan Kruszynski

Jonathan Kruszynski has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Jonathan is currently working as a Business Director & General Manager at The Lubrizol Corporation, where they are responsible for driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and building a brand. Prior to this, they founded Aspire Commercial & Management Consulting, providing strategic planning and business development services to small to mid-size companies. Jonathan has also worked at GE Aviation in multiple roles, including CMO - Business Development, Strategy, Marketing, and Director of Sales Ops and Marketing. Additionally, they have experience at GE Water & Process Technologies, Infrastructure Management Group, Inc., Accenture, and Dow Corning. Throughout their career, Jonathan has demonstrated expertise in areas such as business development, marketing, strategy, and operations.

Jonathan Kruszynski completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering at Cornell University. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Michigan from 2005 to 2007.
