Lu Sun

Lu Sun is a seasoned Polymer Scientist with over a decade of experience in the field. Currently affiliated with ConocoPhillips, Phillips 66, and Lubrizol Specialty Product, Inc. since July 2011, Lu specializes in the development and support of Drag Reduction Agent products. Prior to this role, Lu worked as a Postdoc Fellow at IUPUI from April 2010 to June 2011, focusing on R&D for polyelectrolyte materials used in alkaline fuel cells. Lu's earlier experience includes a position as a Polymer Scientist at Praxair from April 2007 to February 2010, where research and development centered on polyurethane formulations for CMP pads utilized in the semiconductor industry. Lu holds a Ph.D. in Polymer Science from the University of Connecticut and a B.S. in Polymer Engineering from Beijing University of Chemical Technology.
