Marcus Grimm is an accomplished professional with a strong background in chemical engineering and extensive experience in process and quality assurance roles within the energy sector. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Manager at The Lubrizol Corporation since September 2020, Marcus previously held the position of Senior Process Engineer at PBF Energy, providing technical support for a virgin diesel and light cycle oil hydrocracker unit. Prior experience at BP includes roles as a Process Engineer and Production Chemistry Engineer, where contributions to the Atlantis and Thunder Horse platforms involved process optimization and management strategies for production chemistry risks. Marcus began their career with various co-op positions at different BP refineries, developing tools and systems that enhanced operational safety and efficiency.
