Meng Li

Meng Li, Ph.D., serves as the Resin Science and Engineered Materials Technical Manager at The Lubrizol Corporation since November 2021, leading R&D initiatives to enhance business growth in TempRite. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Scientist focusing on acrylic polymer coatings and binder development for lithium-ion batteries at The Lubrizol Corporation and as Research Associate at Avery Dennison, where the focus was on silicone release coating formulations. During the Technology Leadership Development Program at Avery Dennison, Meng acted as both Project Manager and Polymer Scientist, managing cross-functional teams and sustainability projects related to pressure-sensitive adhesives. The academic background includes a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from McMaster University, where project management and polymer synthesis experience were developed, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Polymer Chemistry from Zhejiang University.
