Ralf Eberhards

Ralf Eberhards has over 30 years of experience in the chemical industry, primarily at The Lubrizol Corporation since April 1995, where roles include Global Technology Manager and Global Technical Marketing Manager for Surface Modifiers, as well as various leadership positions in technical marketing and product management. Prior experience includes serving as an R&D Engineer for Industrial Wood Coatings at Bergolin GmbH and completing a diploma thesis at Hansa Textilchemie. Ralf Eberhards began a practical semester at Th. Goldschmidt AG (Evonik) and holds a Diplomingenieur (FH) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences Hochschule Emden-Leer.
