Rob Higdon is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in capital investment management, reliability improvement systems, and project coordination across various sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Capital Leader and Engineering Department Manager/Site Ethics Officer at The Lubrizol Corporation, Rob oversees site-wide capital investment initiatives and leads a team of project managers. Previous roles include Engineering and Maintenance Leader and Maintenance and Engineering Leader at Novelis, where Rob focused on engineering, maintenance, and procurement activities, and coordinated efforts among labor unions and contractors. Additional experience includes serving as a Field Engineer at Eaton Corporation, an Electrical Engineer for LG&E & KU, and a Lead Engineering Laboratory Technician with the US Navy. Rob holds an M.B.A. and two Master’s degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Louisville.
