Helen Kent

Helen Kent is the Director of Planning at LUC, having held this position since 2025. They previously served as an Associate Director in Planning at LUC from 2016 to 2025 and were an Associate Environmental Planner at the same company from 2005 to 2016. Helen started their career as a Graduate Planner at Clive Brook Associates Ltd from 1997 to 1998, followed by a role as a Planning Officer at Aylesbury Vale District Council between 1998 and 2002. They earned a Master’s Degree in Land Resource Management from Cranfield University in 1996 and a BA (Hons) in Geography from Durham University in 1995.
